1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting your email address to join the InternIQ waitlist at interniq.co.uk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and InternIQ ("InternIQ", "we", "us", "our"), a business based in England and Wales.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not join the waitlist.

2. About the waitlist

InternIQ is an AI-powered CV analysis tool designed for students and interns, currently in pre-launch development. The waitlist is a mechanism for us to gauge interest, build our early user community, and manage access to the product when it launches.

By joining the waitlist you are registering your interest in InternIQ. Your waitlist position is calculated dynamically based on your signup order and any referral bonuses you have earned.

The waitlist is free to join. We will never charge you for your place on the list or for receiving waitlist communications.

3. Eligibility

To join the InternIQ waitlist you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide a genuine, working email address that you own or have authority to use
• Not join the waitlist multiple times using different email addresses to manipulate your position

The waitlist is open to individuals worldwide, though InternIQ's initial product focus is on the UK student and graduate job market. By joining, you are not guaranteed that the product will be available or suitable in your jurisdiction.

4. No guarantee of product access

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a contract for the supply of the InternIQ product or service. It does not guarantee you access to InternIQ, to any beta or early access programme, or to the product on any specific timeline.

We reserve the right to:

• Delay, modify, or cancel the InternIQ product at any time without notice
• Offer beta or early access to waitlist members in any order we determine, subject to the referral system and any other criteria we apply
• Change the features, pricing, or availability of InternIQ before or after launch

If we decide not to launch InternIQ, we will notify all waitlist members by email and delete all waitlist data within 60 days of that decision. No compensation will be due for a product that has not yet been supplied.

5. Referral programme rules

InternIQ operates a referral programme that allows waitlist members to improve their position by referring others. The current reward tiers are:

• 3 referrals — jump 50 places in the queue
• 5 referrals — first access to beta
• 10 referrals — 3 months Student Pro free upon launch

By participating in the referral programme, you agree to the following rules:

• One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts or use multiple email addresses to generate referrals for yourself.
• No fake or fraudulent referrals. Referred signups must be genuine individuals with a real interest in InternIQ. Using bots, scripts, fake email addresses, or any automated means to generate referrals is strictly prohibited.
• No incentivised referrals that misrepresent the product. You may share your referral link but must not make false or misleading claims about InternIQ to encourage signups.
• Rewards are conditional. Referral rewards are only granted when referred individuals sign up using your unique link. We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals and withhold rewards where abuse is suspected.
• Rewards are non-transferable. Referral rewards apply to your waitlist account only and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or other consideration.
• We may change the programme. Referral reward tiers and mechanics may change at any time. Changes will not retroactively remove rewards already earned.
• We may disqualify abusers. If we determine that you have abused the referral programme, we reserve the right to remove you from the waitlist, void your referral rewards, and take appropriate action.

6. Acceptable use

By joining the waitlist and using interniq.co.uk, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the website or sign-up system
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, database, or other users' accounts
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the waitlist or referral system for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate InternIQ or any member of our team
• Transmit any malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications via our systems

We reserve the right to investigate and take action — including removal from the waitlist and reporting to relevant authorities — if we suspect any breach of these rules.

7. Intellectual property

All content on interniq.co.uk — including but not limited to the InternIQ name, logo, branding, copy, design, and code — is the intellectual property of InternIQ and is protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any InternIQ content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Joining the waitlist grants you no licence to use the InternIQ name, logo, or any other brand assets except as expressly permitted in writing by us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The InternIQ waitlist and website are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the waitlist or your reliance on any information provided on interniq.co.uk.
• Our total liability to you in connection with the waitlist shall not exceed £0, as no payment is made by you to join.
• We do not guarantee that the website will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches, though we take reasonable steps to maintain its security and availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Removal from the waitlist

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing privacy@interniq.co.uk with a request to be deleted. We will process this within 30 days. Removal is permanent and cannot be undone.

We may remove you from the waitlist at our discretion if:

• You have breached these Terms, including abuse of the referral programme
• You have provided false information
• We have reason to believe your account is fraudulent or automated
• We close or cancel the waitlist entirely

If we remove you for a breach, any accrued referral rewards will be forfeited. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you by email where possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the waitlist, referral programme, or applicable law. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Your continued participation in the waitlist after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, your remedy is to remove yourself from the waitlist.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

If you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK (Scotland or Northern Ireland), you may also have rights under the law of your home jurisdiction that these Terms do not restrict.
